We pay meticulous attention to the cows' nutrition, ensuring a diet that enhances the fat content in the milk. Milking practices are conducted with hygiene in mind, and the harvested milk is then used to produce ghee through a traditional process which is known as Bilona.

To produce ghee we use a traditional method which is called Bilona. The first step is to procure the healthy Cow’s Milk and boil it. This boiled milk is then cooled down and a spoonful of curd called jamavan is then added to the milk. Overnight, the milk is kept inside an earthen pot and gets converted into curd. We use a wooden churner called “Bilona” which is used to churn the curd to get fermented Makkhan (butter). This is a lengthy process that ends in the separation of curd into butter and buttermilk.
After churning, we get makkhan floating on top of the separated buttermilk. The makkhan is then melted by heating at a medium temperature. In this boiling process, a visible solid layer is formed after a while indicating that Ghee is about to be ready.
